Dublin

Dublin is a suburban city of the San Francisco East Bay of Alameda County. Situated along the north side of Interstate 580 at the intersection with Interstate 680, Dublin is known as the “Crossroads” of the Bay Area. Dublin is located approximately 35 miles to the north of San Jose, 25 miles to the west of Oakland, 10 miles to the east of Hayward, 6 miles to the west of Livermore, and directly north of Pleasanton. Dublin has a long and rich history, named after the city of Dublin in Ireland. The nearest international airport is in Oakland, with additional airports in San Francisco and San Jose. Dublin is one of the fastest growing cities in the state of California. The population from the 2010 United States Census puts Dublin at 46,063 residents. Dublin is home to many large companies, including the headquarters of Workday, Sybase, Inc, and Arlen Ness Motorcycles.
